Ladies and gentlemen, in relation to this discussion, I would simply ask what and where would Europe be without Erasmus? We could, at first turn to those more than 2.2 million students that have already experienced Erasmus. It is clear to me, that this, let’s call us the Erasmus generation, will build a different Europe than if this programme would not exist.
