Studying The students are invited for a four day session in Moldova.

CHISINAU - The European Students’ Union (ESU) is looking for 60 students that are enrolled in one of the 27 universities in the Republic of Moldova to take part in a training on quality assurance with all expenses covered.

This call is launched as part of the QUAEM project that aims at investigating and supporting the development of a quality assurance system for higher education in Moldova involving a large number of exogenous actors in the process. ESU is a partner to this project that is coordinated by Leipzig University in Germany.

ESU aims at empowering Moldovan students through this project by enabling them to participate in quality assurance activities in a meaningful way, to raise awareness of how important such participation is and to promote a quality culture in the Moldovan higher education system.

In order to reach this goal, ESU is organising a four day long training session for students in Moldova that will be held in Vadul lui Voda from 27 to 30 September. This training is based on peer learning methods and will be similar to the ones that have been organised by ESU for the members of its student experts’ pool on quality assurance, although it will pay particular attention to the characteristics and context of the Moldovan higher education system.

How to apply?

All students that would be interested in participating in this training are invited to send their applications to quaem@esu-online.org by 12 September 2013, including their CVs that especially outline their commitment within students associations, knowledge of foreign languages and other relevant competences, and a motivation letter, outlining their level of knowledge of quality assurance policies on the national and European level.
