The internationalisation of higher education tackled at the 26th European Students' Convention
|
KAUNAS -
Preparations for the 26th European Students' Convention (ESC26) are now
underway in Kaunas, the second largest city in Lithuania. This time the
ESC will be co-hosted by the Lithuanian member of the European
Students' Union (ESU), the Lithuanian National Union of Students (LSS).
The conference will take place at Vytautas Magnus University and Kaunas
University of Technology and will be held from 20 to 22 September 2013. Go to full article

Students' perspectives on the quality of education surveyed

BRUSSELS
- Following three years of hard work, the QUEST (Quest for Quality for
Students) project is in its final stretch. By the end of October, the
European Students' Union (ESU) will hold a closing event in Brussels for
the QUEST project where it will present an overview of the main
outcomes from the research and debate with higher education stakeholders
and policy-makers how those findings can contribute to educational
policies in Europe. QUEST has been one of two major research projects
run by ESU, the other one being SAGE (Student Advancement of Graduate

Summer schools organised by students' unions
|
BRUSSELS
- Three members of the Executive Committee of the European Students'
Union (ESU) attended summer schools that were organised by national
unions of students in Estonia, Sweden and Finland. Those unions are also
members of ESU. The summer schools included sessions on many
interesting topics important to students and ESU was invited to present
